Communication Diary's for working in partnership with parents and other career's, each book has been designed to suit the needs of a child in that particular age group.

The daily diary sheets are for a full-time child for six months, these include:
👑 Space for parents to write if the child’s last sleep was good, average, poor.
👑 Any medications they've had in the last 24 hrs
👑 Any bumps they've had
👑 When and if they ate their last meal
👑 A space for any other news
The childminder section has space to note:
👑 How many Meals (bottles in the baby diary)
👑 Toilet training/Nappies in baby & toddler diary
👑 Child's Mood
👑 What the child has been doing and links to the EYFS
👑 Reminder for parents to bring certain items on their next visit
👑 Reminder to sign accident, incident, medication or existing injuries book
👑 The preschool & childminder diary also has space for preschool to make notes about what the child has been doing and links to the EYFS
